The Call
Amber is an experienced practice manager at Ankle & Foot Specialists of Puget Sound. Always looking for ways to help her team perform at its highest level, she knew surgery scheduling in her practice had room for improvement. She was seeking a solution to solve several problems. She described the challenges they were facing including:
- Difficulty getting accurate and complete surgical information from their busy surgeons
- Problems tracking pending and scheduled surgeries in their existing EMR
- Challenges supporting 5 different schedulers working at any given time at 3 different clinics, with 5 different surgeons, and 5 different surgical facilities

Amber knew she needed to help her team out. After some extensive research on available surgery scheduling tools, she reached out to CaseCTRL. We were just what the doctor ordered!
After an introductory call and demo, Amber, her boss Lee, and the dedicated Administrative team (pictured above) were ready to supercharge their practice with CaseCTRL. As a surgeon-centric software solution, it was not difficult to get her surgeons' buy-in.

After training every team member with CaseCTRL's signature white-glove in-person service, we launched in earnest! Within days, the practice was experiencing newfound efficiencies, less administrative burden, collaborative synergies, and complete visibility of the surgical pipeline.
