Nick brings a wealth of experience to our team. His previous roles at TeleVox and Odeza have equipped him with a strong understanding of client relationships, onboarding processes, and sales growth.
At TeleVox, Nick successfully managed a portfolio of 19 customers, ensuring high renewal rates and implementing proactive strategies to prevent churn. He also played a key role in creating and delivering valuable training materials, which significantly reduced support requests.
During his time at Odeza, Nick excelled in project management, leading multiple go-lives and spearheading the implementation of a new chatbot solution. His efforts resulted in high user satisfaction and positive outcomes for clients.
Nick is excited to join CaseCTRL because of its customer-centric approach, continuous innovation, and potential for growth. He's particularly drawn to the company's commitment to building features based on direct client feedback and the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of workflows.
When he's not diving into the world of software implementation and surgical scheduling, Nick enjoys staying active through salsa dancing and rock climbing.
